So Phoenix and Naglfar are oficially useless ?

Of course balance was needed - missiles was worst damage dealing weapon system. But if something is too nerfed and you nerf it even more.. erm whats the logic in that ? And again - why people need new skill to operate same weapon as now? New torpedos are completly useless and to be able to use Phoenix everyone need to train Cruise V - great...

LOL really funny, I hope its joke ? No other dread need to use tracking computer or anything to be usable. Phoenix and Naglfar without it can shoot only at titans and ms ???
Devs really want only Revelation and Moroses on field or something ???
With this changes I think Ill just sell my Phoenix (erm blow up, as propably noone will want to buy it) and start training for Moros (only gallente bs V to train... propably better choice than training Cruise V).

The Citadel Torpedoes don't do their full potential damage to Dreadnoughts, however they were balanced to do similar amounts of damage towards Dreadnoughts as XL Turrets with this in mind. Citadel Torpedoes have the ability to do more damage to larger targets.
So what logic is in that - Phoenix is only dread that "don't do their full potential damage to Dreadnoughts" (and other smaller targets) ? Every other dreadnought weapon system HAS SIGNATURE RESOLUTION SET AT 1000MM. Why Phoenix cant fight against other dreads / small and medium control towers or any pos structures ? If Phoenix keeps its "role" as anti-super-capital only dread then its completly useless, dont you think ?
Its also not in pair with smaller calibres: Large Projectile / Hybrid / Laser Weapons - signature resolution = 400 Cruise Missiles - explosion radius = 300 (0,75 x gunnery platforms) Torpedos - explosion radius = 450 (1,125 x gunnery platforms)
X-Large Projectile / Hybrid / Laser Weapons - signature resolution = 1000 Citadel Cruises => 1500 (1,5 x gunnery) - shoudnt it be 750 then ? Citadel Torpedos => 2250 (2,25 x gunnery) - shoudnt it be 1125 then ?

Phoenix should get a 5% ROF damage bonus and a 5% bonus to ALL missile damage types. Cit Cruise and torps should have 1500m explo raduis, being make smaller with skills for the cruise so they are effective against large pos mods and small pos. Right now Turret ships can still hit medium and small pos mods for massive damage while missile dreads FAIL extremely FAIL at this.
Do this and ALL problems will go away. Everything will be good. Harmony will spread out among the player base.
This is TESTED BY THE PLAYERBASE and everyone was in agreement. Only your shortsighted Egomania felt that Capships being used aggressively was a bad idea.
Also- I think you are out of line starting your post with a 'Lets see' as if the players are all idiots and have missed something.
You CANNOT impliment ANY of these Titan changes if you are going to leave motherships as they are. You have also forgotten to do any work on Triage- It was said originally that Triage duration would be cut to 5mins and strontium consumption would be reduced.
Why you feel Torpedos need something so bizarre as a 3000+ explo radius ive no clue, you are terrible for causing more problems with your problem ideas.
I would add this: * Citadel Torpedoes skill renamed to Citadel Missiles * Citadel Missiles allows usage of both Citadel Cruise Missile Launcher and Citadel Torpedo Launcher (no new skill introduced, so skill-wise missiles need roughly samo amount of SP as gunnery weapon systems)
That would be perfect solution.

Shoudnt they work like that - with level 4 upgrade active you have always: * 4 lev 4 anomalies (when l4 is done new l4 is spawned) * 4 lev 3-4 (random) anomalies (when its done new level 3 or lev 4 anomaly is spawned) * 4 lev 2-4 (random) anomalies (when its done new level 2, level 3 or lev 4 anomaly is spawned) * 4 lev 1-4 (random) anomalies (when its done new any upto lev 4 anomaly is spawned)
That would be logical. Or if that would be too god - then only add that lev 4 anomaly when done always spawn lev 4 anomaly / finished lev 3 spawns new lev 3 etc. But this way only 4 anomalies will be actively used, everyone else will stick to belt ratting.
